OPI – N.A.S 99 Nail Cleansing Solution 1 oz

N.A.S. 99 is used to clean the nail plate before and after application of all artificial products. Contains no water. Removes excess moisture and oil from the plate. DIRECTIONS: Cleanse the nail with a nail wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99. Allow nails to dry before applying additional OPI nail products.
